Since we are approaching the 100 year anniversary of Mary’s Apparition to three children in Fatima, Portugal, we want to list what Fatima material is offered on FORMED.

The 13th Day”  This movie chronicles the six months between Mary’s first visit to the three children Lucia, Jacinta and Francesco, and the last Apparition which involved the “Miracle of the Sun.” Made in 2009, the movie shows the towns people were not supportive of the children and that the Portuguese government even tried to prevent the apparitions from taking place. While it was filmed in Black and White, there is an interesting use of color in the special effects.

In the DOCUMENTARY section there are 2 documentaries.  The first is “Finding Fatima.”  This documentary uses clips from “The 13th Day” as well as interviews of people who work at the Fatima Site.  The second documentary is “an episode of “Religious Mysteries - The Children of the Prophecy." This documentary goes into greater detail regarding the three children, their personalities and their lives after the Apparitions.

Also available:

In the CHILDREN’S section, there is a 30 minute cartoon which tells the story of Fatima. There is also a lecture on Fatima in the AUDIO section and book on Fatima in BOOKS, Fatima for Today.
